Fluker underwent meniscus surgery Thursday and was placed on injured reserve, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Fluker began camp on the PUP list with a knee injury, and he's expected to be ready to play in three to four weeks following Thursday's procedure. The 2013 first-rounder started eight games for Baltimore in 2020 and signed a one-year deal with the Dolphins in April.
