Fluker agreed to terms on a contract with the Dolphins on Monday, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
Fluker, who started eight games for the Ravens last season, will bring a veteran presence to Miami's offensive line ahead of the 2021 NFL Draft. The 30-year-old is capable of playing either tackle spot, as well as guard, so he'll no doubt be given the opportunity to carve out a significant role.
