Allen is signing with the Eagles' practice squad Wednesday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Allen was cut by the Eagles on Tuesday but will rejoin the organization's practice squad for a second consecutive season. He wasn't activated by Philadelphia in 2022 but could join the active roster in 2023 if the team needs receiving depth at some point.
