The Cardinals waived Baldwin on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Baldwin just signed with Arizona earlier this month but is slated to hit waivers once again. The 24-year-old will look to catch on with another team and appear in his first regular-season game since 2022.
