Moore was promoted to the Cowboys' active roster Saturday, Rob Phillips of DallasCowboys.com reports.
Moore was released by the Vikings in September, and subsequently signed onto the Cowboys' practice squad. He is being promoted due to a roster spot opening up with offensive tackle Chaz Green being placed on IR.
