Ferguson suffered an ankle injury during Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Tommy Yarrish of the Cowboys' official site reports.
Ferguson exited on the Cowboys' first offensive possession and is questionable to return. With Luke Schoonmaker (groin) inactive, Brevyn Spann-Ford and James Mitchell are the active healthy tight ends for Dallas.
