Elliott (head) was back on the field for practice Tuesday, David Moore of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Elliott was sidelined for the entirety of last week's OTAs as he recovered from a head injury that stemmed from a car accident earlier this month. Head coach Jason Garrett noted that the star running back was dealing with some head and neck stiffness, so the team decided to keep him sidelined for precautionary reasons. Elliott is now expected to participate in OTAs for the remainder of the week and should assume his role as the No. 1 back.
