Elliott (knee) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
In the Cowboys' Week 9 loss to the Broncos, Elliott exited the contest for a spell due to a bruised right knee. He ended up finishing with a season-low snap share (53 percent) and carry count (11), but he still managed 76 yards from scrimmage with the benefit of three catches. Reserve running back Tony Pollard didn't benefit with Elliott hobbled -- five touches for 43 total yards -- as the Cowboys ran a pass-happy attack in the second half in an attempt to erase a huge deficit. In any case, Elliott continues to tend to the knee injury, meaning his status is one to monitor as the week progresses.
