Winters (head) has returned to Sunday's Week 9 matchup against the Colts, Patrik Walker of the Cowboys' official site reports.
Winters was evaluated for a concussion earlier in the second half but was ultimately cleared to return. That's a big boost to Dallas' defense, especially since fellow linebacker DeMarvion Overshown (hamstring/back) was unable to suit up Sunday.
