Downs (head) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Downs is also being evaluated for a concussion and will not return to Sunday's contest. Markquese Bell, Alijah Clark and Cobie Durant are all in line for more defensive snaps in Downs' absence.
