Downs recorded four total tackles (two solo) during Thursday night's 24-16 loss to Tampa Bay.
Downs was on the field for all 72 of the team's defensive snaps, but his four takedowns were his second-fewest total in a game this season. The 21-year-old has now compiled 31 total tackles (19 solo), including 1.0 sacks, while also adding a pass defensed and two forced fumbles over the first five regular-season contests of his career.
