Rucker (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve by the Raiders on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Rucker has been on IR with Las Vegas since suffering an undisclosed injury in June, and he will now have a chance to be claimed on the open market. If he goes unclaimed, the wide receiver and the team will work toward an injury settlement.
