Larsen (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the 49ers, Zach Selby of the Commanders' official site reports.
With Larsen out, Nick Gates has taken over at center. The Commanders will be without starters Larsen and Charles Leno (calf) for the rest of Sunday's game.
