Downs (toe) didn't participate in practice Wednesday.
Downs picked up the toe injury in the Colts' Week 5 loss to Jacksonville, and it kept him off the practice field Wednesday. Michael Pittman (back) also didn't practice Wednesday. Both starting wide receivers will have two more opportunities to practice before the Colts issue their final Week 6 injury report ahead of Sunday's road game in Tennessee.
