Giddens did not play a single snap during Sunday's 13-10 loss to the Vikings.
Giddens dressed for Sunday's game, but he observed the entire contest from the sidelines while Seth McGowan served as the Colts' lone backup to Jonathan Taylor. Giddens has yet to play a snap this regular season, but that could change if the Colts -- who have a 2-5 record -- are sellers at the trade deadline and opt to send Taylor to another team.
