Dulin (ankle) did not practice Thursday, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Dulin missed a second consecutive practice Thursday because of an ankle injury. The 29-year-old wideout was held without a catch in Sunday's 41-23 loss to the Ravens. He also saw action as a member of special teams, as expected. If Dulin can't suit up for the Week 2 meeting with the Chiefs, Seth McGowan may be even busier returning kicks.
