The Washington Football Team has released Latimer.
Per NFL.com's Grant Gordon, Latimer was on the Commissioner's Exempt List following a May arrest in Colorado that resulted in five charges. Latimer had been signed by Washington back in March after spending the last two seasons with the Giants.
