Barrington (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans, BJ Kissel of Chiefs.com reports.
Barrington went down during the Chiefs' Week 1 win over the Chargers with a hamstring injury, and it'll keep him sidelined for at least Sunday's contest. D.J. Alexander figures to be in line for additional reps at inside linebacker with Barrington out.
