Williams (illness) has no injury designation ahead of Monday's game against the Raiders.
The second-year cornerback missed Kansas City's Week 15 win over the Patriots with an illness, but it now seems as if he's been able to move past the issue. Williams has played a rotational role in the Chiefs' secondary thus far, recording 14 total tackles, including one tackle for loss, and one pass deflection in 13 games.
