McConkey was spotted working with the training staff during the media-viewing portion of Thursday's session, and he wound up not getting any work in for the second time in as many days. Head coach Jim Harbaugh tagged McConkey day-to-day earlier this week, but he will be hard-pressed to take the field Sunday against the Raiders if he sits out again Friday.
