McConkey (concussion) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
McConkey was dealing with a foot injury for multiple weeks before suffering a concussion in the Chargers' last game on Oct. 18. With the benefit of the team's Week 7 bye, he didn't endure any practice restrictions Wednesday and also ditched his previous foot issue. McConkey thus appears as if he only needs clearance from an independent neurologist in order to play Sunday against the Rams.
