Leonard (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 9 clash against Houston.
Leonard is presumably still in concussion protocol, though he was able to log limited practice sessions Thursday and Friday. Donte Jackson (hamstring) is returning from a three-game absence Sunday, so the Chargers will get a boost in their secondary despite Leonard's continued absence.
