Thompson (quadriceps) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Thompson has returned to limited practice after logging consecutive DNPs in the lead-up to the Chargers' Week 5 loss to the Broncos. The wide receiver did not participate in the contest and the weekend of rest appears to have boosted his recovery process. Thompson will likely need to upgrade to a full participant by Friday's session to dodge any injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Chiefs.
