Las Vegas signed Runyon to its practice squad Friday, Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com reports.
Runyon was not claimed by another club after the Raiders waived him from their active roster Thursday, so they were able to keep him as a member of the practice squad. Barring an injury to one of the tight ends on the 53-man roster, Runyon's path to regular-season snaps is unclear.
