Wilson (knee) did not participate at practice Wednesday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Wilson's absence Wednesday was marked not injury related, but there does seem to be a knee issue. His activity at practice Thursday and Friday should offer more insight into whether he's truly in danger of sitting out in Week 8.
