Williams carried six times for 59 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Rams.
The third-year back performed well after being re-promoted from the Cardinals' practice squad, responding with season-highs in touches and yardage while scoring for the first time this season. It is unclear whether the team will keep Williams active once Andre Ellington is healthy enough to return from an injury, but Sunday's performance certainly didn't hurt his case. If Ellington is unable to return next week against the Vikings, expect Williams to split the backup duties with Stepfan Taylor once again, behind David Johnson.
