Goodwin has retired from the NFL, Rob Metzger of WTOV News9 reports.
Goodwin was a core special teams player for 10 years in the NFL, recording 94 tackles (68 solo) in 136 regular-season games while logging one career start at defense back in his rookie year in 2016. He appeared in all 17 games for the Cowboys in his final season in 2025 and logged a career-high 18 tackles (10 solo). The 36-year-old cornerback is opting to hang up his cleats after playing for the Falcons, Cardinals and Cowboys.
