Means was signed to the Chiefs' practice squad Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Means worked out with the team Wednesday, and he has now inked a deal to head join Kansas City. The wide receiver was sidelined for a couple weeks while on the practice squad injured list with Cleveland due to a knee injury, but he now appears to be back to full health.
