Streater won't return to Sunday's game against the Chargers after suffering a stinger in his neck, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Streater sustained the injury while covering a punt in the first quarter. Damion Ridley should step in as the Browns' No. 3 receiver with Rashard Higgins (knee) inactive Sunday.
