Williams will continue splitting time with Melvin Gordon (ribs/lower leg) in Sunday's home showdown against the Ravens after the latter was confirmed active for the Week 4 contest.
The rookie appeared to have a chance at true lead-back status at one point during the practice week with Gordon managing multiple injuries, but the veteran trended in the right direction in subsequent days and now is officially available for the contest. Williams still could enjoy a solid complementary workload, however, considering he's logged double-digit carries in all three games thus far.
