Boston Scott: Set to hit free agency

Scott was not tendered by the Eagles, so he'll become a free agent when the new league year starts March 16, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Scott appeared in 16 games in each of the last two campaigns and finished with at least 80 carries and 370 yards in both seasons. However, last year, the 5-foot-6 running back was a revelation in the red zone, as he finished with a career-high seven touchdowns. Scott will test free agency, but Zangaro suggests that a return to Philadelphia may still be possible.
