Coleman scored a 24-yard touchdown on his only target in Monday's 47-10 win over the Jaguars.
Coleman has only one target over the last two games after drawing five looks in his NFL debut, but he made the most of his only opportunity Monday by finding paydirt. The rookie second-round pick has shown some nice ability on jump balls, but Buffalo has brought the 6-foot-4 Coleman along slowly while giving more playing time to wide receivers who have more blocking experience or shiftiness to get open underneath. Katherine Fitzgerald of The Buffalo News relays that Coleman was benched in the first quarter due to tardiness, but the team is ready to move forward. Coleman will hope to see an uptick in volume in a Week 4 road game against the Ravens.
