Dugger (quadriceps) was a full participant at practice Thursday, Cordell Woodland of 105.7 The Fan Baltimore reports.
Dugger wasn't able to practice at full speed Wednesday due to a lingering quad injury, but it now looks like he's finally put the issue behind him. With starting safeties Jordan Battle and Bryan Cook both also healthy, Dugger projects to factor in mostly on special teams in Week 7 at Baltimore.
