Evans (ankle) didn't practice Wednesday, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
It was revealed earlier in the week that Evans will likely be questionable Sunday against the Chargers due to this injury, so his absence isn't surprising. When healthy, the rookie receiving back splits the scraps leftover behind workhorse Joe Mixon with Samaje Perine, so Evans likely won't see enough usage to capitalize on facing the porous Charger run defense.
