Draughn will be the 49ers' starting running back Sunday in Seattle, Taylor Price of the 49ers' official site reports.
Draughn is receiving his second nod in a row for the inactive Carlos Hyde, who is recovering from a stress fracture in his foot. Even if he receives the bulk of the carries, Draughn may not have the most fruitful outing against a Seahawks defense that has contained running backs to 3.6 YPC and three touchdowns in 2015.
