Draughn ran 12 times for 37 yards and caught eight of 11 targets for 40 yards in Sunday's 29-13 loss at Seattle.

Draughn had a career-high 58 rushing yards in San Francisco's Week 9 win over the Falcons, but he found less room to operate Sunday. He did easily lead the team in touches, however, as no other running back carried the ball. Expect Draughn to continue to see a decent amount of work in the 49ers' backfield until Carlos Hyde (foot) is able to return, and next up will be the Cardinals in Week 12.
