Green (hamstring) was a limited participant at the 49ers' practice Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Green suffered a hamstring injury Aug. 20, and he appears to still be working his way back to full health. The cornerback's ability to practice in any capacity Tuesday is a good sign for his chances to play Thursday against the Rams, but he'll have another chance to erase any doubt with a full practice Wednesday.
