The 49ers elevated Turner from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of Monday night's game against the Commanders.
Turner received his second elevation, rejoining the team after playing 17 special-teams snaps in the 49ers' Week 4 win over the Broncos. The wide receiver is set to fill in for Deebo Samuel (hamstring), who will miss the game due to injury.
