49ers' Elijah Mitchell: Finds end zone in loss

Mitchell carried the ball 22 times for 66 yards and a touchdown and caught all three of his targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 30-23 loss to the Seahawks.

He didn't have a lot of success against a motivated Seattle front seven, with his longest run going for only nine yards, but Mitchell still salvaged his day with a two-yard TD in the first quarter. He also briefly left the game in the second half to be checked for a concussion, but he was able to return to action. Mitchell has seen huge volume in his last three games, amassing 290 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 76 carries, and the Niners will likely lean heavily on the rookie again in Week 14 against the Bengals.
