Clippers' Rui Hachimura: Nets 21 points in 15 minutes
Hachimura racked up 21 points (8-11 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds and one block across 15 minutes in Sunday's 104-101 preseason win over the Warriors.
Hachimura had the hot hand early, and despite logging just 15 minutes, his 21 points were a game-high. He's making a strong case to open the year as a starter with Brandon Ingram (Achilles) sidelined, and he could be a solid source of points and triples this season.

Jazz's Keyonte George: Nets 15 points on eight shots in win
George produced 15 points (5-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds and three assists over 21 minutes in Sunday's 109-97 preseason win over the Nuggets.
George briefly exited the game after getting whacked in the face, but he returned a short while later and didn't seem any worse for the wear. George will look to take another step forward in Year 4 after breaking out with averages of 23.6 points, 6.1 assists, 2.5 triples and 1.1 steals per game last season.

Tobias Harris PF | SA
Spurs' Tobias Harris: Won't be rushed to return
Spurs head coach Mitch Johnson said they will not rush Harris (calf) back to the court, Jared Weiss of The Athletic reports.
"It's a calf strain, the seriousness is what it is," said Johnson. "We won't rush him at all. I guess the question will be is he ready for the season opener? Totally questionable and we will not push that at all. So, we'll take it slow. There is no concern of this level of seriousness, and at the same time, we will not rush him at all." It sounds like Harris, who has already been ruled out for the preseason, is in danger of missing opening night. His absence will open up minutes for Julian Champagnie, Keldon Johnson and Harrison Barnes.

Al Horford C | GS
Warriors' Al Horford: Starting Sunday
Horford is in the starting lineup for Sunday's preseason matchup with the Clippers, Warriors' reporter Joseph Dycus reports.
Kristaps Porzingis (illness) is out indefinitely, so Horford could open the year as the Warriors' starting center. Joining him in the first unit for Sunday's exhibition will be Stephen Curry, Brandin Podziemski, Yaxel Lendeborg and Draymond Green.

Tyus Jones PG | DEN
Nuggets' Tyus Jones: Starting Sunday
Jones will start in Sunday's preseason opener against the Jazz.
Jones will get the spot start with Jamal Murray (personal) unavailable, and he'll be joined in the first unit by Christian Braun, Cameron Johnson, Aaron Gordon and Nikola Jokic. Jones can rack up the dimes and defensive stats when given the minutes, so he'll be someone to consider as a streamer whenever he gets the opportunity to fill in as a starter this season.

Spurs' Tobias Harris: Dealing with calf injury
Harris will not play in the preseason due to a left calf strain, Michael C. Wright of ESPN.com reports.
Harris sustained the injury to his calf during training camp and will be reevaluated after the preseason. The 34-year-old pro signed a two-year contract with the Spurs this offseason. He should be considered questionable for the regular-season opener on October 20.

Spencer Jones SF | DEN
Nuggets' Spencer Jones: Won't play Sunday
Jones (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's preseason game against the Jazz, Katy Winge of Altitude Sports reports.
Jones tweaked his hamstring during training camp and did not practice Friday. According to Brendan Vogt of TheDNVR.com, head coach David Adelman said pregame that the goal is for the 25-year-old forward to be available for the regular-season opener against the Thunder on Oct. 22, so it wouldn't be surprising if he missed most, if not all, of the preseason.
