Acuff (rest) has been ruled out for Tuesday's preseason game against Portland, Matt George of ABC 10 Sacramento reports.
The Kings will be extremely shorthanded Tuesday, as they're resting several regulars. Acuff's final chance to play in the preseason will come Friday against the Spurs.
