Athletics outfielder Yoenis Cespedes, who missed a third straight game Sunday against the Angels with a sore left wrist, isn't likely to return to the lineup Monday against the Astros, according to The Oakland Tribune.
"Until he actually gets in the batting cage and swings freely and then gets in there for batting practice (Cespedes won't play),'' manager Bob Melvin said Sunday morning. "I'd doubt (Monday). We want to make sure he gets in swings on the field.''
