Grisham was removed from Friday's game against the Padres with right hamstring discomfort, Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News reports.
Phillips notes that it's the same hamstring that sent Grisham to the injured list earlier this season, though the outfielder has said that he's been healthy since coming back in July. Regardless, Grisham has been in a bad way at the dish, as he entered Friday with just four hits in his last 44 at-bats.
