Grisham was removed from Friday's game against the Padres with an apparent injury, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
While it wasn't obvious what was ailing Grisham, he was seen going down into the clubhouse with a trainer. Grisham drew a walk and was caught stealing in the top of the second inning. Heliot Ramos replaced Grisham in the third.
