Jones said Saturday that he is dealing with a sore left foot/heel, Brendan Kuty of The Athletic reports.
Jones didn't seem to be overly concerned about his foot, but the Yankees will err on the side of caution and give him the day off so he can recover. While he sits, Jose Caballero will patrol center field Saturday against the Diamondbacks.
