Urshela is dealing with a mild left ankle sprain and was removed from Sunday's game against the Rangers for precautionary reasons, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.
Urshela has been banged up at the tail end of the regular season, but the Yankees don't believe his latest setback on the health front will jeopardize his availability for the club's ALDS series with the Twins that begins Friday. Urshela is viewed as day-to-day with the injury and isn't scheduled to undergo further testing.
