Stanton isn't starting Thursday's game against Cleveland, Kristie Ackert of the New York Daily News reports.
Stanton had started in each of the last five games and went 2-for-17 with two home runs, three RBI and 10 strikeouts during that time. Aaron Judge will serve as the designated hitter while Clint Frazier starts in right field Thursday.
