Lopez is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Guardians.
Lopez and fellow left-handed batters Gavin Sheets and Dominic Fletcher will head to the bench Monday while the Guardians send southpaw Joey Cantillo to the hill for the series opener. Jacob Amaya will fill in for Lopez at shortstop.
