Jimenez had X-rays on his right knee come back negative after exiting Tuesday's game at Oakland, James Fegan of The Athletic reports.
Jimenez was diagnosed with a knee contusion after being struck by a foul ball early in the contest, and X-rays appear to have confirmed that initial diagnosis. He went 1-for-3 with a run scored prior to his exit, and he should be considered day-to-day heading into the second game of the series Wednesday.
