Jimenez (elbow) hit some flips and threw from 90 feet Wednesday, James Fegan of The Athletic reports.
He was capable of swinging a bat, but he's yet to progress to a full batting practice session. Jimenez is pain free and will probably need at least another week before he is ready to return to game action.
